Working with Sweet J’s isn't about picking a dessert off an assembly line or dealing with stuffy, rigid consultations. From the very first tasting (where the kitchen smells like warm vanilla, toasted butter, and caramelizing sugar) you get a partner who listens, laughs with you, and obsessively crafts every detail by hand.
